How it works
The commercial MagnaTrack system uses the same magnetic retention as the residential line, sized and specified for continuous public use. Openings run to 26 feet wide by 16 feet tall, and vinyl or clear-vinyl panels convert an open patio into a weather-protected room in under a minute.
For hospitality spaces the practical benefit is revenue: a patio that seats guests in April and October rather than only in June. Motors are specified for high duty cycles, and the same obstacle detection that protects a homeowner's furniture protects a dining room full of tables.
Because the screens retract fully into their housings, the architecture is unchanged when they are up. That matters for venues, clubs, and restaurants whose outdoor space is part of the brand.

Commercial screens see many times the cycles of a residential install, so we recommend a scheduled service visit each spring: mesh wash, track clean, motor limit check, and sensor test.
Keep the tracks clear of the debris that accumulates in a busy patio — bottle caps, napkins, and mulch are the usual culprits. Staff can wipe the bottom bar during normal close-down in seconds.
We service what we install, and for restaurants and clubs we can schedule maintenance outside of service hours.
