Is the Cross-Arm covered by the same 10-year warranty?
Yes — hardware, fabric, and motor, non-prorated and transferable, serviced locally.
Is the Cross-Arm covered by the same 10-year warranty?
Yes — the Cross-Arm carries the full 10-year warranty on hardware, fabric, and motor, on the same terms as the Semi-Cassette and Full-Cassette: non-prorated, so coverage does not depreciate over the decade, and transferable, so it conveys with the house if you sell. Only the Open-Roll differs in the line, at 5 years on the same non-prorated, transferable basis.
Claims and service run through us locally rather than a distant manufacturer queue — we installed it, we service it, across our Virginia, Maryland, and DC area.
