I highly recommend the solar screen for any lanai or balcony. The screen was custom-made after precise measurements were taken to ensure a perfect fit. Despite the recent shutdown of the Florida-based factory due to Hurricane Milton, the order was completed as quickly as possible. Installation took about 3 to 4 hours, and the crew worked efficiently, delivering excellent results. They thoroughly explained how the screen functions and even cleaned up all debris afterward. Joshua, a representative, visited our home to explain each step of the process, answered all of our questions, responded promptly, and followed up until installation was complete. His professionalism was outstanding. The entire experience, from purchasing the screen to installation, was smooth and well-handled. Now, I can simply relax and enjoy my new screen.
