What warranty comes with a Semi-Cassette awning?
Ten years on hardware, fabric, and motor — non-prorated and transferable. What those two words are worth.
What warranty comes with a Semi-Cassette awning?
Ten years covering hardware, fabric, and motor — the whole awning, not a headline number that quietly excludes the parts that fail. Two words in the fine print matter more than the number. Non-prorated means year-nine coverage is worth the same as year-one coverage, with no depreciation schedule shrinking the benefit. Transferable means the warranty follows the house, not you — a genuine line item when you sell, and vanishingly rare in outdoor products.
The same 10-year non-prorated, transferable terms cover the Cross-Arm and Full-Cassette styles; the Open-Roll carries 5 years on the same basis. Warranty service runs through us locally — the people who installed it — across our Virginia, Maryland, and DC service area.
